Our Service Center teams provide support in areas such as human resources, technology, finance, curriculum, and operations. By supporting the business needs of our schools, these teams help school leaders and teachers stay focused on students.

NHA schools use a team-based leadership model that gives teachers more direct support. Teachers work closely with a dean who can spend more time observing instruction, providing feedback, and helping teachers grow, so they can better support their students.

Our Hiring Process

Here’s what you can expect as you move through the NHA hiring process. While the process may vary by position, these are the typical steps from application to onboarding.

Search Open Positions

Visit the NHA Careers site to identify roles that match your skills and interest.

Submit Your Application

Complete and submit your application directly on the NHA Careers site.

Connect with a Recruiter

A recruiter will review your application, and if qualified, reach out to discuss next steps and any required documents.

Interview with the Hiring Manager

The school leadership team or Service Center will contact you to schedule an interview, either in person or virtual.

Post-Interview Outcome

If selected, your recruiter will extend a job offer. If not, you will be notified about the status of your application via email or phone call.

Welcome to NHA

Once you accept the offer, our Employee Experience team will begin communication via email to guide you through the onboarding process.
