Winterfield Venture offers busing services to families that qualify. More information on busing is available below. If your family does not qualify for busing, parents are responsible for getting their children to and from school each day.

Busing for the 2025-26 School Year
Busing is available to families who live within a designated boundary. For complete information on busing, call the school office at 419-531-3285.
If your family lives within the designated boundary and you are interested in busing, please fill out a bus application by logging into your Parent Portal account. The bus application is located in the Forms section. If you do not have a Parent Portal account, one can be created here.
Busing for the 2026-27 School Year
Winterfield Venture Academy will be using Trinity Transportation in partnership with Toledo Public Schools, beginning the 2026-27 school year.
Busing application forms are available in our school office. All applications need to be returned to the school office by Friday, March 27, 2026. We will ensure all applications are submitted to Trinity. All applications submitted after March 27 may be placed on a waiting list and will be first come, first served basis subject to availability.

Drop-off and Pick-up
Every school day begins and ends in our parking lot.
Drop-off and pick-up times can be hectic. But if we all work together, it can be a quick and efficient experience. If you would like to speak with one of the teachers, please pull into a parking space, stop into the office, and wait until after dismissal. Also, please remember to:
- Drive slowly and be aware — precious children are everywhere.
- Drop children off between 7:45 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
- Pick children up between 3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Enter from the South and Wenz side only.
- Be patient with fellow drivers.
- Stay off your cell phone.
