A Strong Start. A Bright Future.

At National Heritage Academies (NHA®), we believe every child deserves a quality education and a clear path to success. Our tuition-free public charter schools offer a well-rounded K–12 education built on academic excellence, character development, and college readiness. With proven research-backed curriculum, caring teachers, and our Moral Focus™ virtues at the core, we help students grow academically and personally—preparing them not just for the next grade, but for life.

Grade Levels

Kindergarten: Building Strong Foundations

Kindergarten sets the stage for a lifelong love of learning by building early skills in reading, math, science, and social studies. Through hands-on activities and structured routines, children explore new ideas, work with others, and grow in confidence. They also take part in art, music, and physical education, encouraging creativity and movement. Most importantly, they begin learning values like kindness and respect—starting their academic journey with a strong and caring foundation.

Elementary School: Growing Skills and Character

Students start to build a strong foundation in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. Younger students learn core skills, grow their curiosity, and practice working with others. In upper elementary, they begin thinking deeper, solving harder problems, and getting ready for middle school. Along the way, they also learn important values like respect, responsibility, and teamwork—skills that support success in school and life.

Middle School: Preparing for the Future

This is a time for big growth, both in learning and life. Students build on what they know, explore new and challenging ideas, and sharpen their problem-solving skills. They start to connect classroom lessons to real life and gain more independence. Through our Moral Focus™ program, they continue to grow in character, getting ready for high school and the future.

Academic Support & Parent Partnership

Every child learns differently. That's why our teachers use student data, personalized instruction, and regular progress monitoring to help each student grow with confidence.

Success doesn't happen at school alone. When parents and teachers work together, students are better supported both in the classroom and at home. We believe strong communication and shared expectations help every child reach their full potential.
