Winterfield Venture Students Visit Local Nursing Home

Second-grade students from Winterfield Venture Academy (WVA) recently visited residents of the Fairview Nursing home in Toledo.

​The students and residents enjoyed getting to know one another and sharing a little bit about themselves. The students did a great job during their visit and made special connections with many of the Fairview residents. As they left, students gave their new friends some of the notes that they had written during their recent lesson on how to write friendly letters.
