Winterfield Venture Students Earn Art Honors

Two Winterfield Venture Academy students are being recognized in local art exhibitions. 
 
Sanford Stewart, third grade, has been selected to appear in the 2018 Ohio Art Education Association’s Young People's Art Exhibition. Sanford's art is on display at Rhodes State Office Tower in Columbus, Ohio, from Feb. 17 - March 16. 130 pieces were selected for the juried show from the nine regions of the state that represent OAEA. 

Heaven Price, eighth grade, has been selected to be featured in the 2018 Ohio Art Education's Youth Art Month Exhibition, on display at the State Teachers Retirement Systems building in Columbus, Ohio, from Feb. 17 - March 16. 135 pieces were selected for the juried show from the nine regions of the state that represent OAEA.​ 

Both students were submitted by WVA Art Teacher Jennifer Riha.
