Courses & College Prep

At Phoenix Academy, our K–12 program is designed to challenge students academically while supporting their personal growth and character development. Through rigorous coursework and engaging, hands-on learning, students build the advanced critical-thinking and problem-solving skills they need for high school success and future opportunities. Our traditional, well-rounded curriculum prepares students for the demands of college, career, and life, while our caring teachers empower every student to reach their full potential and take ownership of their future.

Course Offerings

Our curriculum includes core classes and a variety of electives that help students build on what they already know and discover new interests. For students who want to take on more challenge and get a head start on college, we offer a strong college-prep path with Advanced Placement (AP) courses and the chance to earn college credit through hard work and responsibility.

Community Service

Community service not only makes a difference in our community, it helps students learn more about themselves. Phoenix Academy students in grades 9-12 are required to complete 30 hours of community service each year for a total of 120 hours.

College Prep

College readiness is a vital component of our college prep curriculum. Dual enrollment allow students to earn both high school and college credits simultaneously. We also offer college counseling, SAT prep, and opportunities to tour college campuses to ensure that students achieve their academic and career goals.
