Dress Code
Below is our approved dress code for the 2026-27 school year. The dress code at Phoenix Academy is flexible, affordable, and designed to encourage success. With less distractions and competition, our scholars can focus better in school.
Uniforms maybe ordered through the Uniform Store. If you need help paying for uniforms, please call the front office to discuss options.
K-4 Students
Tops
- Solid bright green or white long or short sleeve polo
- Students may also wear any solid navy blue cover up (examples: sweaters, crew neck sweatshirts, vests, etc.)
Bottoms
- Solid navy blue bottoms incuding pants, jumpers, scooters, and shorts
- Navy/red plaid #36 from French Toast is allowable
5-7 Students
Tops
- Solid bright green, red, navy blue, or white long or short sleeve polo
- Students may also wear any solid navy blue cover up (examples: sweaters, crew neck sweatshirts, vests, etc.)
Bottoms
- Solid navy blue or khaki bottoms incuding pants, jumpers, scooters, and shorts
- Navy/red plaid #36 from French Toast is allowable
8-12 Students
Tops
- Solid white, long or short sleeve polo, turtleneck, button down oxford, or blouse
- Solid red or navy blue long or short sleeve polo
- Students may also wear any color spirit wear sweatshirt bought from an approved vendor or solid navy blue sweatshirts, sweaters, or fleece
Bottoms
- Solid navy blue or khaki bottoms including pants, jumpers, skirts, scooters, and shorts
- Jeans may be worn with spirit wear all week

Shoe may be any color.
Shoes must be loafer style, dress shoes, tennis shoes, or closed-toe sandals. Croc-style, backless shoes, and slides are not allowed.

Socks, if visible, must be uniform colors.
Tights and leggings worn underneath uniform bottoms must be solid white or navy blue.
Spirit Wear

Students in K-7 may participate in optional Friday Dress Down Days including denim jeans. Students in 8-12 may wear a Spirit Wear uniform including denim jeans and Phoenix Academy spirit wear tops. Jeans may not have holes, fraying, patches, or tears. Shoes must meet guidelines for uniform shoes.
