Welcome to Phoenix Academy - We Outperform the District!

Located in the heart of High Point, Phoenix Academy never sets limits on how much your child can achieve. We shape instruction to build on the strengths and abilities of each child and make Moral Focus lessons part of every school day. As a result, our students thrive. In fact, a study done by Stanford University reveals that National Heritage Academies partner-school students gained the equivalent of three-and-half-months of additional learning compared to their peers.

About Phoenix Academy

Phoenix Academy was co-founded by Kim and Paul Norcross in 1997.  The couple applied for a school charter in 1999 and opened their doors in 2000. Phoenix Academy was built on a mission to provide families a safe caring environment where children get a quality education without paying tuition. Over the past 25 years, Phoenix has expanded from a small one-room schoolhouse to three campuses on 60 acres and is a mainstay in the Piedmont Triad community.
