NHA® Service Center Interview FAQ

Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the NHA Service Center employs more than 600 professionals. With over 20 departments, we provide a variety of support services to our schools throughout the country.

How should I dress?

Dress to impress! Business professional attire is recommended.

Where should I park?

We have designated visitor parking near the main entrance to the building.

Which entrance do I use?

You will enter through our main entrance on the south side of the building. This entrance is marked with a blue-striped overhang.

What should I bring?

Bring a notepad and pen to take notes, as well as extra copies of your resume.

How many interviews are required?

The number of interviews will depend on the position. However, most positions typically require two to three interviews.

What types of questions can I expect?

The interview will include a mix of behavioral and situational questions, with a focus on the SAR Method (Situation, Action, Result). This approach allows you to share specific examples of your experiences, highlighting how you handled various situations and the outcomes of your actions. Learn more about the SAR Method here.
