Welcome to The Teachers' Lounge

Teachers' Lounge  |  August 06, 2021
If you’re a teacher looking for inspiration or answers, a student pursuing a career in education, or just someone with an interest in education, you’ve come to the right place. Welcome to The Teachers' Lounge, where you’ll find videos, podcast episodes, and blogs that dig into the teaching-related topics that keep you up at night.

The content on The Teachers' Lounge features some of National Heritage Academies’ (NHA) brightest minds sharing what it’s like to be a teacher, how to be successful educator, and honest discussion about some of the ups and downs. This is a place for you to find answers, to learn, and to grow as an educator.

We believe we all have something to learn, and everyone has something to offer. And who better to learn about teaching from than actual teachers

We couldn’t think of a better group of people to learn from, so we created a hub of teaching-related content to help new and veteran teachers alike voyage through some of the struggles teachers experience, the high points of being an educator, and everything in between.

Learn from real NHA teachers on The Teachers' Lounge by perusing blogs from teachers, listening to podcasts that feature guest educators, and watching videos that will help you be the best educator you can be. A few of the things you’ll learn here include how to proactively communicate with parents, tips for setting up your classroom, and even how to use language to help combat math anxiety in students.

Dive in. We hope you learn something new.

Listen to the podcast on Spotify or Apple Podcasts, watch on The Teachers' Lounge YouTube, or read the blog.
