I can't log in. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  • Double-check your email for typos
  • Try a different browser or device
  • If the problem persists, call Parent Relations at 877-642-7471

The app won't load or keeps crashing.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Refresh the page or close and reopen the app
  • Check your internet connection
  • Update your browser or app to the latest version
  • Restart your device
  • If the problem continues, call Parent Relations at 877-642-7471

I'm not receiving notifications.

Check these settings:

  • Make sure notifications are enabled in your app settings
  • Check your device's notification settings and make sure the app has permission
  • Verify your notification preferences by type (messages, announcements, etc.)
  • If using the web browser, check email spam or promotions folders for app emails

I can't see my child's information.

Make sure you:

  • Are logged in to the correct parent account
  • Have selected the correct child from the app's student selector
  • Wait for the app to fully load (it may take a moment to sync data)
  • Contact your school if the information still doesn't appear

I have a message that didn't send.

Try these steps:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Refresh the page and try sending again
  • If the problem persists, contact your school directly

The NHA app is our school-to-family communication platform. It helps you stay connected with your child's school through messages, announcements, and important updates.

No. You can access the NHA app from any web browser at app.nhaschools.com.

Downloading the app to your phone is optional and provides a convenient way to receive notifications on the go.

In a web browser: Visit app.nhaschools.com , select “Login as Parent”, and enter the same email address you use for Parent Portal.

To login to the app: In your app store, search for the NHA app and download it. Select “Login as Parent.”

No. A single parent account gives you access to all your children's school communications and information in one place.

The app lets you:

  • View school announcements and messages from staff
  • Receive notifications about events, closures, and updates
  • Check your child's grades and attendance
  • Communicate directly with teachers and administrators
  • View the school calendar and upcoming events

In the app, go to your profile settings and select "Notification Preferences." You can choose which types of messages trigger notifications and how you'd like to receive them (app, email, text, or a combination of these). By default, notifications will be set to “Digest," which means you will get one notification at the end of the each of day, around 5:00 p.m.

Use the messaging feature within the NHA app. Search for the staff member you want to reach and compose your message. Staff members typically respond within one business day during the school year.
