RAPIDS, Mich., Nov. 22, 2013 — National Heritage Academies (NHA), one of
the nation’s largest charter school management companies, awarded River City
Scholars Charter Academy with two Eagle Awards at its annual ceremony Monday,
City Scholars earned an Eagle Award for Parent Satisfaction which means the
school earned a net promoter score of 75 percent or higher on the spring parent
survey. Ninety-six percent of parents polled said they would recommend River
City to other parents.
Along with Parent Satisfaction, River
City Scholars also earned an Eagle Award for Employee Engagement.
