NHA has partnered with select colleges and alternative certification programs to offer reduced-cost enrollment options for uncertified educators. With flexible pathways, financial support opportunities, and hands-on classroom experience, these programs are designed to support educators throughout their certification journey.
What to Know Before You Enroll
When to Enroll
Teachers may enroll in an NHA partnership program after passing all required certification exams.
Discounted Cost & Employee Repayment
NHA pays the entire program cost to the provider and withholds payroll deductions from the educator until their portion of the program cost has been repaid.
Commitment Requirement
Participants are required to remain employeed at an NHA school for two years following program completion.
Grant Opportunities
For some programs, educators must apply for eligible grants at the time of enrollment to determine if they qualify for additional financial support.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Employees must sign an MOU prior to enrollment, acknowledging program expectations and commitments.
