Wake Forest Charter Academy is a tuition-free public charter school in North Carolina serving students in grades K-8. We shape instruction to build on the strengths and abilities of each student and integrate Moral Focus™ lessons into every school day. As a result, our students are well-prepared from kindergarten through eighth grade. A Stanford University study found National Heritage Academies partner-school students gained the equivalent of 3.5 months of additional learning each year compared to peers.

You are invited to our "Launching into the New School Year" Locker Decorating Event on Thursday, August 13, from 5:00–7:00 PM! During this event, middle school students will have the opportunity to decorate their lockers, socialize with friends, say hello to their teachers, and enjoy refreshments as we kick off the new school year. We look forward to seeing all of our families! To help with parking and reduce congestion, we ask that families arrive during the suggested time based on the student's last name. Once you arrive, you're welcome to stay and enjoy the event. A–D: 5:00–5:30 PM E–K: 5:30–6:00 PM L–R: 6:00–6:30 PM S–Z: 6:30–7:00 PM More information, including our locker decorating guidelines, will be posted on the NHA app soon, so be sure to stay tuned. **Please note:** This event and its activities are designed specifically for our middle school students and families. While you're welcome to bring your whole family, the locker decorating activities and event programming are geared toward our middle school students.
