Dress Code

A flexible and cost effective dress code has been established at our school to encourage academic success while reducing distractions and competition. Implementing a simple, flexible, cost effective dress code promotes student learning and increased academic instruction time.

Order Uniforms



K-2: Bright green* (see below) - white permitted only on special days, announced by school staff
3-5: White
6-8: White with custom navy/bright green tie*


K-5: Long or short sleeve polo or shirt with collar (includes mock turtlenecks, cotton, or knit)
6-8: Long or short sleeve dress shirt

Cold Weather

Coats and jackets must be solid navy, black or white - cannot contain any logos, designs, or large writing on the front, back, or sleeves


Shirts must stay tucked in pants.

*Bright green polos and custom navy/bright green ties purchased only through Image Builders are encouraged. Please contact the Image Builders toll free customer service hotline at (855) 654-6243. A customer service representative will be available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (EST).

Hats, Shoes & Accessories


  • All students must wear brown or black shoes (loafer type or casual dress) or boots
    • Athletic shoes can be worn as long as they are solid black
    • Ugg-style, snow boots, and other similar-styled boots are permitted only as outerwear
  • Must wear white or navy socks/tights
  • A reasonable number of earrings are permitted for girls - Only ears may be pierced

Not Allowed

Hats, headscarves and bandanas of any kind are not permitted unless for documented religious or medical reasons.
Earrings and other body piercing ornaments are not permitted for boys.
Wearing hoop and dangling earrings is not permitted for girls.



Navy or dark blue


Pants, shorts, skirts, skorts, and jumpers


All bottoms must be either longer than the fingertips when the student’s arms hang at their sides or no more than three inches above the knees.
Belts must be worn with trousers having belt loops.

Hair & Hygiene


Hair must be of natural tones


For boys, hairstyles must be conservative with hair being off the collar

The personal grooming of students should be in accord with the standards set by the uniform dress code. Students should be clean and neat when at school.

Not Allowed

Extreme hairstyles and professionally colored, dyed or streaked hair.

Uniform Information Packet 2019-20

Families may reach out to our school Social Worker if there are resources needed.
Interpretation of the dress code is at the principal and staff’s discretion, and their decision is final.

Not Allowed

Wearing, carrying, and displaying gang paraphernalia, names, signs, or symbols of gang membership are prohibited.
