Summer Discovery Program at Regent Park

Regent Park Scholars is excited to partner with United Way’s Summer Discovery Program, a free program that gives your child fun and engaging learning experiences beyond the school year. Students can explore their interests, build academic and social skills, and stay active through a variety of activities.

With Summer Discovery, your child will take part in hands-on learning that sparks curiosity and supports personal growth. From creative arts and sports to exciting field trips, students will learn and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. See below for program details and how to register.

Registration

Students must be enrolled at Regent Park and entering grades K–8 in Fall 2026 to participate in the program.

We believe in recognizing commitment and achievement. Students will have the opportunity to earn weekly prizes for strong attendance, with a grand prize awarded at the end of the program for perfect attendance.

Summer Discovery Program FAQs

Have questions about the day-to-day details? Review the information below to learn about schedules, meals, and program guidelines so you can feel prepared.

Is transportation provided?

Students must be dropped off and picked up each day. Please drop your child off between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and picked up between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Are meals provided for my child?

Yes. Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day at no additional cost. 

Is there a dress code?

Summer Camp shirts will be provided for field trips. 

What are the attendance and pick-up expectations?

Regular attendance is required. Students who miss three or more days may be dismissed from the program. Students are also expected to arrive on time and be picked up promptly each day.
