Summer Office Hours

Our summer office hours will begin on June 15 and end on August 21. We will be open during the following times:
Mon-Fri: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

We will be closed on July 3.

Steps for Parents of Registered Students to Complete

Complete Any Remaining Paperwork

Sign the PVA Attendance Expectations Form
Sign the PVA Student Device Agreement

Complete these two forms:

Review the Parent and Student Handbook and sign the Commitment to Excellence Form.
Complete the Online Meal Application Form (Education Benefits Form).
- PVA does not provide meals. This form is required by the state.

Upload Current Immunization Records

Ensure immunizations are up to date for all kindergarten, 7th grade, and new PVA students.
Read our Immunization Requirements document for information on vaccine requirements and how to submit records.

Activate Your NHA SchoolConnect Account

This tool allows you to send and receive text messages directly to/from PVA staff.
Login to your Parent Portal account and click NHA SchoolConnect from the navigation menu on the left. More information on Parent Portal and SchoolConnect are below!
