Dress Code

A flexible and cost effective dress code has been established at our school to encourage academic success while reducing distractions and competition. Implementing a simple, flexible, cost effective dress code promotes student learning and increased academic instruction time.

Shoe, belt, and tie illustration

Accessories

Conservative shoes, including loafer style, dress shoes, or tennis shoes must be worn. Shoe colorsmay be solid navy, black or brown.

Socks must be solid black, brown, white, or navy and worn with shoes.

Students must wear a matched pair of solid-colored socks.

A solid black, navy blue, or brown belt must be worn with all pants and shorts having belt loops. Belt loops may not be removed from pants or shorts to avoid wearing belts.

Outerwear

Cold weather attire may include sweaters, sweater vests, or fleece that are solid navy, gray, or black. Sweaters must be free of any designs or writing (i.e., stripes, wording, etc.). If a sweater or fleece is worn, it may not have a hood.

Snow boots may be worn as outerwear only and may not be worn in the classrooms.
