Learning is a lifelong process that extends beyond the walls of the classroom. At Buffalo United Charter School, children can explore their interests, learn new skills and make new friends through a variety of extracurricular activities. More details about the programs and activities we offer are below.

Talent Show

A night of fun and festivities for all! Participants compete and celebrate each other's creative talents.

Drama Club

Members of this club get an intro to theater arts and learn about acting, play production, and stage work.

Choir

Our choir program includes lessons in choral singing, musical terms, and vocal skills.

3rd - 5th Grade

We encourage our dancers to express themselves through movement. Group or solo performances may also be taught as a part of this program.

Coding isn't just for college students! With the importance of STEM careers on the rise, we are making sure our students are prepared and ready to code.

Chess Club

Chess can increase focus, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Players practice good sportsmanship and use logic in this friendly, competitive club.

Student Council

Our student council members help in a variety of school and community events. The council represents the voice of our students and encourages school pride.

Board Games for Learning While They Play

While video games, and apps have their place, nothing quite compares to gathering around the table to play a good old fashioned board game with family and friends. Board games are a great way to laugh and connect with one another, and when you can incorporate learning – even better.
