Vista Charter Academy third-grade students partnered with Kids Food Basket in Grand Rapids to help make snack bags for the local non-profits’ lunch and dinner program. Within an hour, two classrooms made nearly 800 snack bags for local kids who may otherwise go hungry. Students learned about Kids Food Basket’s history, programs, and where the snacks would be going.
Great job Vista students!
