Oakside Prep Academy is a tuition-free public charter school in Waterford serving students in grades Y5-12. Join us for 9th Grade Flight School, a fun and interactive orientation experience created especially for incoming Freshmen. This program is designed to help students feel confident, connected, and ready for their first day of high school. During Flight School, students will explore the building, meet their teachers and school staff, connect with fellow classmates, take school pictures, and learn what to expect as a high school student. Expect to have fun while participating in exciting team-building activities that will help with making new friends and starting the school year feeling prepared. Whether you're excited, nervous, or a little of both, Flight School is the perfect opportunity to get comfortable in a new school or environment before classes begin. We look forward to welcoming each scholar and helping them soar into a successful Freshman year!

Move-In Day is almost here! Get a sneak peek at the new school year by meeting your teachers, locating your classrooms, dropping off school supplies, and completing any remaining paperwork before the first day of school. This event is open to all students in Young 5s through 12th grade. Each student will receive one clear backpack (while supplies last). Plus, enjoy dinner and plenty of family-friendly fun as we kick off an exciting new school year together! We can't wait to welcome you back!
