Mill Creek Academy is Open to All Wisconsin Residents - Apply Today!

Whether you live in Waukesha, the Milwaukee metropolitan area, or anywhere else in Wisconsin, a spot at Mill Creek Academy is open and available for your child.

Every child is unique and learns at different levels and paces, so it only makes sense to have options for their education. Many schools in the National Heritage Academies (NHA) network are a destination for students attending from outside the county, with some driving nearly an hour to attend. The reason for that is clear – when Mill Creek opens for the 2023-24 school year, it will be part of an NHA network that has schools ranked among the best charters in Michigan and North Carolina.

One advantage to attending a charter school is the innovation in creating policies and practices without the cost of a private school education. Mill Creek will be the latest NHA school to provide a Moral Focus-based approach, teaching virtues like respect, integrity, perseverance, and courage on a daily basis to build strong moral character. These guidelines have made a difference in education since 1995 for more than 90 schools operating in nine states.

Mill Creek Academy is still accepting applications for the 2023-24 school year. Waiting lists will be created for grades with more applicants that seats available. It is customary for charter schools to hold public lotteries during open enrollment (Oct. 1 - Nov. 30) to accept students if they receive more applications than they have seats available.
