Attention Middle School Girls- Kent County Girls on the Run is proud to announce our organization’s new program for middle school girls: Heart & Sole! How does it work? Heart & Sole is a 10-week program with a small team size of 8-15 girls so that girls have an opportunity to build strong connections with one another and their coaches. Excel is hoping to have 2 teams (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) this Fall, which will include a combination of 6th-8th grade girls. The registration opens up on August 24th at the following website: Excel will offer two practice options: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Practices are two times per week, 10 weeks or 20 lessons, 75 minutes each. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school or Krissy Alles at
