East Arbor Student Creates NHA Holiday Card

Congratulations to one East Arbor student whose artwork will be featured on the 2018 NHA holiday greeting cards! Seventh-grader, Mavaya SaldaƱa, created a beautiful image of a red cardinal on a winter tree branch.

Every year, NHA holds a holiday greeting card art contest, which asks students to create winter-themed art to be featured on the holiday card that is sent to employees, vendors, and board members.

Each school has students submit their work to their art teacher who then submits the pieces to the service center for final consideration. The schools can each submit up to five pieces of art for the contest. Over 100 submissions were turned in this year for consideration!

Great job to everyone who entered and helped spread joy this holiday season!
