Dress Code

A flexible and cost effective dress code has been established at our school to encourage academic success while reducing distractions and competition. Implementing a simple, flexible, cost effective dress code promotes student learning and increased academic instruction time. Violations will result in a Level 3 on discipline chart and students will be given a lunch detention. Repeated violations will result in ISS.  Dress down days are at the discretion of the administration.


 

Boys

 
 

Tops

Navy blue or black polos only. 

Bottoms

Navy or khaki bottoms only.
 

Wednesdays

*Grade 5-8 will wear business attire on Wednesday of each week. This includes shirt and ties for boys.

 

Girls

Navy blue or black polos only
 

Bottoms

Navy or khaki bottoms.
This includes pants, skirts, skorts, or jumpers. All bottoms must be either longer than the fingers when the student’s arms hang at her sides or no more than three inches above the knees.

Accessories

Loafer type, casual dress shoes, boots, or tennis shoes are appropriate for school. No sandals or flip flops will be allowed for student wear (this includes girls sandals with or without straps; all shoes much be closed toed shoes).

For girls only, a reasonable number of earrings are permitted. Only ears may be pierced.
