Spotlight: Fourth-grade Class 9/11 With Notes to Local Firefighters
Mrs. Krissy Alles’ fourth-grade class at Excel Charter Academy recently crafted handwritten notes of appreciation in memoriam of 9/11 and delivered them to the Muskegon Fire Department.
“We really appreciate knowing that children are learning about the heroic actions taken by first responders, not only on 9/11, but every day and in every community,” said the Muskegon Professional Firefighters.
