Riverton Street Charter School provides bus transportation according to the specifications of the New York City Department of Education.

Busing

Transportation eligibility and cost is determined on the basis of the student's grade level and the distance between the student's residence and school.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Help keep arrival and dismissal safe and efficient by following our drop-off and pick-up procedures each school day.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times

Drop-off: Starts at 7:25 a.m.
Pick-up: All students should be picked up no later than 3:00 p.m.

What Families Need to Know

  • Enter from Riverton St. entrance only.
  • Drive slowly and watch for students and families.
  • Be patient and courteous to other drivers.
  • Do not use your cell phone while driving through the parking lot.
  • If you need to speak with a teacher, park and visit the school office rather than stopping during the dismissal process.
