Busing is not provided at Queen's Grant Community School. Families are responsible for arranging transportation to and from school each day. If you have questions about transportation, our school team is here to help.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Help keep arrival and dismissal safe and efficient by following our drop-off and pick-up procedures each school day.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times

Drop-off: 7:02–7:40 a.m.
Pick-up: Grades K-4: 2:30–2:50 p.m. & Grades 5-8: 2:45–3:05 p.m.

What Families Need to Know

  • Enter from Matthews-Mint Hill Rd. entrance only.
  • No early dismissals after 2:00 p.m.
  • You must have your Driveline number to pick up a scholar.
  • Drive slowly and watch for students and families.
  • Be patient and courteous to other drivers.
  • Do not use your cell phone while driving through the parking lot.
  • If you need to speak with a teacher, park and visit the school office rather than stopping during the dismissal process.
