Busing is not provided at Eagle Crest Charter Academy. Families are responsible for arranging transportation to and from school each day. If you have questions about transportation, our school team is here to help.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Help keep arrival and dismissal safe and efficient by following our drop-off and pick-up procedures each school day.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times

Drop-off: 7:45–8:00 a.m.
Pick-up: All students should be picked up no later than 3:30 p.m.

What Families Need to Know

  • Main parking lot: Riley St. entrance. Right turn only out of this lot.
  • South parking lot: West Shore Community Church, 120th Ave. entrance.
  • School dismisses for grades Y5-3 at 3:10 p.m.
  • School dismisses for grades 4-8 at 3:20 p.m.
  • Drive slowly and watch for students and families.
  • Be patient and courteous to other drivers.
  • Do not use your cell phone while driving through the parking lot.
  • If you need to speak with a teacher, park and visit the school office rather than stopping during the dismissal process.
