Eagle Crest Charter Academy was named a 2019 National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. This recognition is based on a school's overall academic performance or progress in closing achievement gaps among student subgroups.
Eagle Crest was identified as an Exemplary High Performing School, which means they were among Michigan’s highest performing schools as measured by state assessments or nationally recognized tests.
“I am overwhelmed with excitement and pride,” said Eagle Crest Principal Louise Moore. “Our students and teachers daily strive for academic excellence, and to close achievement gaps, so to see their hard work and dedication recognized is a very special honor.”
Congratulations to the parents, students, and staff at Eagle Crest for their dedication to the growth and academic success of their school community.
Go, Eagles!
