Cross Creek Charter Academy was awared the TalentFirst’s 2025 Literacy Leader Award. This recognition celebrates Cross Creek's commitment to implementing research-based literacy practices and achieving higher reading proficiency scores and growth on the third-grade M-STEP assessment, outperforming peers with similar economic status.

Students Gain More Learning
A study by Stanford University’s Center for Research on Education Outcomes (CREDO) shows students at NHA partner schools gain an average of 3.5 additional months of learning each year compared to their peers in traditional public schools, with no additional days of school. NHA was also recognized as a “gap buster” for helping students make strong academic progress across different backgrounds.
