Dress Code

A flexible and cost effective dress code has been established at our school to encourage academic success while reducing distractions and competition. Implementing a simple, flexible, cost effective dress code promotes student learning and increased academic instruction time.

The school administration reserves the right to the final approval of dress code attire.

Accessories

Students may wear shoes of their choice. Shoes must be worn appropriately (i.e., laced and/or strapped all the way for safety purposes). The following styles of shoes are not permitted: Light-up shoes, open-toed sandals, shoes with wheels, slippers, flip flops, Croc-style shoes, heels higher than 2”, any type of boot, or any other shoe that presents a safety concern or distracts others from learning.

Socks must be solid black, brown, white, or navy and worn with shoes.

Cold weather attire may include sweaters, sweater vests, or fleece that are solid navy, gray, or black. Sweaters must be free of any designs or writing (i.e., stripes, wording, etc.). If a sweater or fleece is worn, it may not have a hood.
