Busing is not provided, so parents are expected to provide the means for children to get to and from our school. Contact us if you would like to ask about parent carpooling.

We have a dress code designed to reduce distractions so children can focus on academic success. Our dress code is flexible and cost effective.

Spotlight: South Arbor Charter Earns “A” Grade in Michigan’s Best Public Elementary Schools

South Arbor Charter Academy earned an “A” grade from the Mackinac Center for Public Policy on their 2019 Michigan Context and Performance (CAP) Report Card. Schools that are “beating the odds” stand out by this measure.
“Beyond raw test scores, the CAP report card helps parents see more clearly what kind of impact their school has on student learning,” said Ben DeGrow, director of education policy.
