Plymouth Scholars parents and staff pedaled their way to fundraising success last week.
The school fundraiser was held at CycleBar Northville where parents and staff gathered sponsorships for their work out together. The participants sat on stationary bicycles and pedaled to great music.
“It was intense, challenging, engaging, upbeat, refreshing, fun, and amazing,” said Walter Reese, principal of Plymouth Scholars Charter Academy, who joined the group.
The event was a success, raising almost $600 for future Plymouth school activities.
“The CycleBar spin class was a blast,” said parent Lisa Nocera after the class concluded. “Overall, I think everyone had a great time burning calories while raising money.”
