Paragon Charter Academy hosted two of the most loved events for kindergarten students prior to Thanksgiving break: Native American Day and the Thanksgiving feast which help students bring history lessons to life.
Native American Day featured stations reflecting life as a Native American for students to participate in. Students could practice fishing, herb hunting, necklace making, and creating their own headbands.
Before dismissing for holiday break, students also enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving feast, prepared by kindergarten parents. The wonderful meal was served by Paragon parents to the kindergarten students, who were dressed as pilgrims.
