Vista Charter Academy students participated in the national program, Jump Rope for Heart, while raising money for the American Heart Association. Students raised a total of $2,037.23, to go directly to the American Heart Association and heart health.
On Feb. 14, students participated in Jump Rope for Heart during their physical education classes. Students learned about heart health and participated in cardio activities such as jumping rope, hula hoops, basketball, and other fun events.
