Previous experience

I began my educational career with NHA in August 1999. I loved starting my education career in a fifth grade classroom at Walton. When I taught seventh grade English I had the best job in the school.  I then moved out of the classroom to mentor new teachers which began my administration experience.

What do you like most about working here?

What I like most about Walton Charter Academy is the feeling of being a family with our students, parents, and staff members. You can walk in our school and see everyone working together with the goal of students learning to be college ready.

I am married and I have been blessed with two daughters. They are finished with college and have started working in their careers.

I love history, football, reading, and going to relax at our cabin.
