South Pointe Scholars Charter Academy Gathers for Fall Festival

Students and families in costumes gathered at South Pointe Scholars Charter Academy for their Fall Festival. This event acts as an opportunity to bond with their school community and enjoy fun fall events and activities.

Creative juices were flowing from students who were able to enter their very own pumpkin creation in the pumpkin decoration contest. Students were able to decorate their pumpkin however they wanted, whether that was carving, painting, and stickers, to name a few. Attendees were able to vote for their favorite pumpkin and the winner even received a gift card.

A key highlight from the festival was the Trunk or Treat. Families had the option to decorate their trunk and hand out treats to students. Trunk or Treat offers an opportunity for students to  indulge in sweet, candied treats within the safety of their school community.

Attendees enjoyed yummy treats, such as popcorn, chips, donuts, and cider, which were provided by the parent teacher organization (PTO). In addition to enjoying tasty fall snacks, students and their families got the chance to participate in carnival and pay-to-play games.

An event highlight for students includes having the opportunity to purchase a pie and toss it at their favorite teacher.

The Fall Festival was a Spooktacular time!
