Now that the holidays are over, many people are shifting their focus back to healthy eating, exercise and even re-prioritizing their lives. With so much on your plate, we thought it might be easy to make lunches mindless for a bit! Below we’ve pulled together some options that make assembling a healthy and tasty lunch a snap — for you and the kids. Don’t get stuck in a rut! Mix and match to create several combos that will add some satisfying variety to your midday meal. YUM.
 

MAINS

Peanut butter and honey or jelly sandwich
Hard boiled egg
Prosciutto or turkey wrapped mozzarella stick
Cheese quesadilla triangles
Plain yogurt mixed with pure maple syrup and fresh berries
Sliced turkey & cheddar cheese cubes
Cheddar cheese and whole grain crackers
