Holland —
National Heritage Academies, a leading national charter school operator, recently honored Eagle Crest Charter Academy and Vanderbilt Charter Academy.
Eagle Crest and Vanderbilt received the Parent Loyalty Award, while Vanderbilt was also honored with the Academic Proficiency Award.
The Academic Proficiency Award is granted to schools that meet or exceed proficiency measures on their state test and the Northwest Evaluation Association Measures of Academic Progress test, which NHA administers to its students three times each year to measure academic growth and proficiency.
To be selected for the Parent Loyalty Award, NHA requires 60 percent or more of a school’s parents be very satisfied with their child’s school.
