MEAP Cut Score Changes

National Heritage Academies (NHA) is committed to ensuring every student receives a quality education that prepares them to be successful in high school, college and life. To monitor and measure progress toward this goal, our students participate in two standardized tests each year. The Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA) and the Michigan Educational Assessment Program (MEAP) test.

This year the state of Michigan raised the standard (cut score) for passing the MEAP. The actual test did not change, but the score needed for a student to pass the MEAP is now harder to achieve.
