What do you like most about working here?
The most enjoyable aspect of working at North Dayton School of Discovery is the students.  We have amazing students and the growth and effort that I have seen from them this year makes me extremely proud to be an integral part of their learning experience.

Other work experience we might want to mention:
I have an extensive business background that afforded me the opportunity to move quickly into my new role as dean of middle school. I am able to integrate both the educational and managerial aspects that make the charter system unique.  Also, with over fifteen years of experience from a diverse set of industries including banking, insurance, corporate testing, and marketing I am able to draw upon real-world experiences when interacting with my students and colleagues.  I feel that since I was not always in the educational field, I bring uniqueness to my teaching and leading of students and staff at NDSD.
