Karate
Karate is offered here at the LCA gym Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:45 - 4:30 PM starting September 24th!
This is a belted program where students start at the white belt level and work their way to black belt. They will learn all aspects of martial arts including life skill lessons such as respect, discipline, self-confidence, and a "yes I can" determination that will carry over in all areas of life. They will learn proper ways of dealing with bullies and self defense skills when faced with those situations.

Basketball for all Ages
The winter season begins January 15th and will go through March 14th! All ages are able to participate and it is a great way to build new relationships, learn about teamwork and get some exercise!
Cheerleading
We just started a cheerleading program for 3rd through 8th grades. It is a great way to learn discipline, teamwork, and new skills as they have a good time!
