Dress Code
Below is our approved dress code for the 2023-24 school year. The dress code at Emerson Academy is flexible, affordable, and designed to encourage student success. With less distractions and competition, our scholars can focus better in school.
Uniforms may be ordered through the Uniform Store. If you need help paying for uniforms, please call the front office to discuss options.
K-8

Tops
- Short or long-sleeve navy blue or white polo or collared dress shirt
- Students may also wear solid navy blue, black or gray sweaters, sweatshirts, zip-up jackets and vests
Bottoms
- Solid khaki or navy blue pants, shorts, jumper, or scooter

Shoes & Accessories
Additional
Shoes must be loafer style, dress shoes, tennis shoes, or closed-toe sandals.
Socks in any color are permitted.
Tights and leggings worn under uniform bottoms must be solid black, white, or gray.
Belts, if worn, must be plain solid any color.
Spirit Days

Spirit wear and other special occasion attire may be worn only with administrative permission.
