Ron Albino, Principal

Education:   

I currently have a Master’s  Degree in Education from Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio.  Go Musketeers!

 

Previous education experience:

I served as an 8th Grade Teacher in Cincinnati for 5 years, Dayton Ohio for two 2 years, Assistant Principal, Emerson Academy for one year and presently am Principal, Emerson Academy and have been for 3 years.

Previous education includes, Bachelors of Science, Liberty University, WV and an Associates in Science Mt. Wachusette Community College, MA

 

What do you like most about working here?

The community and the staff are amazing and very giving.   The challenge of preparing our children for college and beyond is the goal.  I like working here because I feel as though I am making a true contribution to our own future in working with the greatest students in the Dayton area.  Go Aviators!

 

Other work experience we might want to mention:

Retired service member after 22 years.

 

Personal Information:

I have a wonderful wife and two lovely children.  

 

 

 

Jennifer Littlefield - Dean 6-8

 

Education:

Urbana University - Bachelor of Science, Middle Childhood Education

Indiana Wesleyan University - Masters Degree, Educational Leadership

Previous Education Experience:

Prior to becoming Dean, I was employed by Emerson as 7th and 8th grade Math Teacher.

 

What do you like most about working here?

I enjoy making a difference in society and shaping the future for our kids, through mentoring and building rapport.

 

 

Nathan Preston, Dean Grades 3-5

 

Education: 

  • Ohio Northern University -  Bachelor's of Arts Social Studies

  • University of Findlay - Master's of Education

  • University of Cincinnati: Master's of Education Administration

What do you like most about working here?

The opportunity to have such a large positive impact on a daily basis.

 

Other work experience we might want to mention:

I spent 3 years working as an assistant college soccer coach as well as Assistant Director of Youth Soccer Camps.

 

 

Karen Bell, Dean Grades K-2

 

Education:

  • Wright State University, Bachelor of Science in Education in 2001
  • Currently pursuing Masters of Education at Wright State University

 Previous education experience:

  • I taught 2nd grade for 1 year
  • I taught 4th grade for 7 years

 

What do you like most about working here?

 I love the dedicated students and staff we have at Emerson. It's a honor to work here.

 

Personal:

I have been married for 9 years and have a 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter.
