I have taught orchestra, chorus, and AP Music Theory prior to my time here at BECS. I have a total of 18 years in education.

What do you like most about working here?

I love the diverse personalities of the students as they move through the grade levels. As the children get older they show interest in many different areas. It’s great to have conversations with them about what they want to do and where they want to go after they leave BECS.

Other work experience:

I have worked as a musician (cellist) prior to coming into teaching. I was lucky enough to play in both Switzerland as well as here in the U.S.

Personal information:

My wife is also a teacher. We have been happily married for 14 years. I have two boys, ages 9 and 6, a dog, 3 birds, and two frogs.
