Letta Belle, Principal

Education:

CUNY - Brooklyn College - BA Elementary Education, MS Mathmatics in Elementary Education, J.D. New York Law School, Certificate in Educational Administration: College of Saint Rose

Previous Experience:

Ms. Belle has four years of experience as an attorney, over 10 years of school related experience, and most recently served as the Dean of Instruction at Riverton Charter Academy.

Stefi Cayenne, Dean

Johanne Gaddy, Dean

Education:

I attended SUNY Stony Brook and graduated with a Bachelors degree in 2000. I then went to C.W.Post and completed two Masters degrees, one in Elementary Education and one in Educational Leadership.

Previous education experience and number of years in the field:

I worked as a classroom teacher for 10 years, teaching grades 3, 4 & 5 before coming into leadership. Most recently, before NHA, I was a Learning Specialist at KIPP in Newark NJ.

What do you like most about working here?

What I like most about working at Brooklyn Dreams is the “team spirit” that all the staff have. Teachers here work as a team to complete the most unbelievable tasks and create wonderful experiences for students, results not easily attainable as an individual. I also love the students excitement for learning and school.

Personal Information:

I am married and have two beautiful children. Caiden is almost 3 and Kennedy just turned 1yo. They are the reason I breathe!
